Terms and Conditions – WC 777 Pakistan Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the WC 777 platform, accessible at wc777.wine, including all betting services, gaming products, promotional offers, and customer support channels. These Terms apply to all registered users as well as visitors who browse the platform without an account.

By completing the registration process and creating a WC 777 account, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of WC 777 following any update to these Terms constitutes ongoing acceptance of the revised version.

WC 777 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email or through an in-platform notification. The most recent version of the Terms is always the applicable version, and the effective date is displayed at the top of this page.

To open and maintain a WC 777 account, you must satisfy the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of WC 777 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have previously had a WC 777 account closed due to a breach of these Terms.

During registration you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

WC 777 may request identity verification documents at any time — including a copy of your national ID card (CNIC), passport, or proof of address — as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until documents are provided and verified.

Your WC 777 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or operated by any other individual. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

You must take all reasonable steps to keep your login password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) confidential. WC 777 recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform. Do not write your password down or share it with family members, friends, or anyone else. WC 777 customer support staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances — if you receive such a request, it is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.

If you believe your account has been compromised or that someone else has accessed it without your permission, you must notify WC 777 support immediately via live chat or email at support@wc777.wine. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking the account while the investigation is underway.

WC 777 accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee deducted from the remaining balance, up to a maximum of the total remaining balance. We will attempt to notify you by email before any fee is applied.

WC 777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani users:

All deposits must be made from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including family members' wallets or cards — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account suspended.

WC 777 does not charge any fees on deposits. Any charges imposed by your bank or mobile money provider are outside our control and are your responsibility. We recommend checking your provider's fee schedule before depositing.

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. The following rules apply to all withdrawals from your WC 777 account:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Your WC 777 account must have completed identity verification (KYC) before a withdrawal is approved. Accounts with pending KYC may have withdrawals held until verification is complete.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are within 30 minutes for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to 24 hours. Card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
• WC 777 VIP Club members (Silver tier and above) receive priority withdrawal processing with a target time of under 15 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals.
• WC 777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving large withdrawals or in cases where unusual activity has been noted on the account.

In the event that your deposit has not been rolled over (played through) at least once before you request a withdrawal, WC 777 may deduct a payment processing charge of up to 5% from the withdrawal amount. This policy exists to prevent money laundering through the platform.

WC 777 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general conditions set out below.

• Welcome Bonus: New players who register and make their first deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to Rs 10,000. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Reload Bonuses: Periodic reload bonuses may be offered to existing players via email, SMS, or in-platform notification. Each reload bonus has its own terms, including a stated wagering requirement and expiry period.
• Cashback: WC 777 VIP Club members receive weekly cashback on net losses. Cashback is credited as bonus funds subject to a 1x wagering requirement.
• Referral Bonus: Players who refer new users to WC 777 may receive a referral reward after the referred player completes their first deposit and places qualifying bets. The referral reward terms are communicated separately.

Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus funds or associated winnings can be moved to the real-money balance. WC 777 reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers, modify wagering requirements, or cancel bonuses at its discretion if evidence of bonus abuse is detected.

All bets placed on WC 777 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules communicated within each betting market:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where a cash-out option is available and has been offered for that specific market.
• WC 777 reserves the right to limit stakes, restrict markets, or decline bets from any player without providing a reason.
• In the event of a technical error or manifest mistake (such as an odds error where the displayed price was clearly incorrect due to a system fault), WC 777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• Bets placed after an event has already started or concluded — due to a data feed delay or similar technical issue — may be voided at WC 777's discretion.
• Cricket bets placed on WC 777 are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or the relevant league authority for PSL and other franchise tournaments).
• In the event of a match abandonment or no result, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules published within each market.

For casino games and arcade products (including Aviator, crash games, and fishing games), the game rules and RTP information are displayed within each game. These products are powered by certified random number generators (RNGs) and outcomes are not influenced by WC 777 or any external party.

WC 777 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software bots, scripts, or any automated tools.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.

WC 777 employs sophisticated monitoring systems that detect unusual patterns in betting behaviour, account activity, and payment transactions. Any account flagged by these systems may be temporarily suspended pending an investigation, and the account holder will be contacted with a request for clarification.

WC 777's total liability to you in connection with your account shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

WC 777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if:

• We have reason to believe the account holder has breached any of these Terms.
• The account is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• We receive a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring us to do so.
• The account holder's use of the platform poses a risk to the security or integrity of WC 777's systems.

Where an account is closed for a reason other than a breach of Terms, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within 7 business days. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited.

If your account has been closed and you believe this was done in error, you may submit a dispute by contacting support@wc777.wine. We will review the case and respond within 5 business days.

WC 777 may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services, applicable laws, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users through the contact details associated with their account (email or SMS) and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

If you continue to use the WC 777 platform after the effective date of any change, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.
